Michael Lomax, MBA
Experience Summary
Michael has 32 years of experience in Property Assessment & Real Estate, starting with BC Assessment Authority in 1990 and progressing through various assessment/valuation positions until 2012.
He is currently the Managing Director, Assessment at Esri Canada. Michael has managed several large corporate projects, including the Commercial CAMA System Implementation and Desktop Review Project. He has contributed in senior roles & leadership positions on other corporate projects and was a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers Education Committee from 2008-2011. Michael is currently part of the IAAO’s Body of Knowledge and is the course instructor for the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business “Mass Appraisal & Assessment Administration” (BUSI 443) course.
Additionally, he has been consulting for the Government of the People’s Republic of China for the past 15 years and has authored textbooks on assessment for UBC, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, and Chinese Government officials. Michael has presented on various topics to Government Officials & Industry Conferences.

Ivan Ilic, MBA
Experience Summary
With over 20 years of Information Technology and Business leadership experience, Ivan has managed large scale IT operations in entertainment, manufacturing, ecommerce and education industries. His expertise spans across multiple IT disciplines including Product Development, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and IT Service Management.
Ivan focuses on understanding strategic business objectives, by taking in views from a variety of business stakeholders. Solutions to the problems are a result of a clear problem and positive outcome definition. Ivan’s clients include IT organizations, Real Estate Developers, Retailers, Federal Government organizations.
Recently led projects
• Cybersecurity: Built out a cybersecurity practice at a $300M+ non-profit, established operating practices, and secured certification by independent third parties
• Information Technology: Oversight of the Information Technology project to facilitate a $300M+ divestiture of the business unit of a $400M+ international Technology Business
• Deployment of the Business Consulting: Conducted research into impacts of 2020 Covid-19 pandemic on the $100M+ cruise ship port business. The desired outcome was to provide guidance on passenger volume returns to 2019 levels.
Research into an Internet Of Things business model for a Real Estate developer. A fully developed case management including market research, competitive analysis, product selection and partnerships.

Chris Eddy, MBA
Experience Summary
Chris brings over 2 decades of experience in the medical field ( patient-centered and industry), education and business to the table. He has extensive experience with business development, finance and growth, including international expansion.
He has been at the helm of a nation-wide company, demonstrating strong and consistent year-on-year growth. He has managed expansion projects and opened multiple new divisions under the parent corporation.
Chris is on the editing board for the Journal of European Radiology and was the first non-physician in Canada to be certified by the Canadian Point-of-Care Ultrasound Society. He was instrumental in the setup and rollout of multiple education courses provided by the University of British Columbia (UBC) School of Medicine and the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs.
He has a Bachelor’s of Science, 2 medical imaging diplomas, and an MBA.
